HOW TO STAY HEALTHY

Today's generation, people are working too hard and they tend to neglect their health. Here are some tips on how to stay healthy.

  1. Always maintained a balance diet. Eat foods that are fiber rich and avoid salty and oil foods. Oily and salty foods can create ills in our body.
  2. Have a good night sleep. It is highly recommended that people should asleep by 10 pm until 4 am. The reason is that our liver does self repair and during these hours the self repair is on-going. 
  3. Drink plenty of water. It is recommended that a person should drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters a day of water. This help replenish loss fluids in our body due to sweating. Having enough water in our body helps it to become nourished.
  4. Drink fruit juices. Natural juices are highly recommended because it contains natural vitamin c that helps the body fight illnesses and it also helps in the digestion of food.
  5. Avoid meat products, like pork, beef and chicken. Meat products can cause cancer because cancer cells feed on protein which these products are rich with protein. In a week, at least once or twice eat meat dishes. Fish stews are very ideal in having a healthy living.
  6. Never/Quit smoking. 
  7. Stop drinking too much alcohol. Never drink gins, rum, brandy and other high alcoholic content beverages. Beer is a better option. But also drink gradually or occasionally. 
These tips are very essential in how to stay healthy.

SALT BRUSHING REMOVES BAD BREATH

Many of us are using commercial toothpaste in our brushing of our teeth. Toothpaste really helps get rid of bad breath. But toothpaste alone is not enough to remove the odor in our mouth. Many people brush their teeth and yet the odorous smell still remains. Dental check up is advisable to people with bad breath. Bad breath is a simple health problem that can easily be solved. In this dental remedy we will be needing the following materials:

1. toothbrush
2. water and a class
3. toothpaste
4. salt

Procedures:

1. Brush teeth using commercial toothpaste.
2. Before brushing, apply a pinch of salt in top of the toothpaste.
3. brush teeth properly, reaching the hard to reach spots our teeth.
4. Rinse mouth with clean water several times.

This health remedy is very advisable to people with dental problems. The magic of salt gets rid of mouth bacteria and germs too. It is advisable to brush teeth every after meals.

FIBROSITIS PREVENTION

Fibrositis describes as inflammation of the smell, tough, muscular nodules between the shoulder blades. When these muscles become stressed and tense, smell buds of tissue protrude through weak spots in the muscles' membranous capsule, becoming pinched and short of blood. The nodules cause pain locally and can also press on nerves, sending a toothache-like pain (neuralgia) down the arm.

Treatment

1. Sleeping on fern or in soft mattress
2. Poultice of hot cabbage.
3. Acupuncture is also ideal for a relief of pain.

ASTHMA COUGH PREVENTION

We sometimes neglect a simple cough. A cough for 1 to 2 weeks can already be dangerous. We should always be cautious with cough because a simple cough can be asthma in the coming days. That is why we should seek medial attention imeediately.

There are 2 ways how to be asthmatic. One , is by hereditary. Once your family has a history of asthma, then you might also get one because it is already part of your genes. The second is by acquired. This is more about the surroundings that you are in. In many cases people living in polluted areas. People living in this kind of environment has a high possibility to get asthma.

For asthma prevention, we must always be prepared of the signs as follows:

1. Coughing for about 1 to 2 weeks.
2. Hard cough is always the first sign of asthma.
3. Difficulty in breathing once coughing.
4. Perspiration during coughing.

These are just the early signs of asthma and once detected, one should always seek medical attention. In hospitals, the nebulizing patients with asthma to ease the breathing of the patient and to calm down the lungs. There is also medicines that are administered by the hospital to ease the patient. It is always best to seek medical attention before a cough mutates into asthma. Always remember, prevention is better than cure. n the case of asthmatic patients, the case is recurring.
