TOTAL RELAXATION IS THE BEST REMEDY FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, HYPERTENSION AND LIVER CANCER

In this generation, many people are working almost 24 hours a day. Non-stop working can always lead to stress and other body illnesses. According to a medical study, an average person sleeps only around 5 hours a day. The correct sleep should be around 7 to 8 hours. With this number of hours, our body can have the total relaxation it needs to stay healthy.

But aside from lowering blood pressure and hypertension, sleeping is also good for our liver. Liver cancer can be avoided by sleeping. It is because our liver is a self repairing organ. It starts to heal itself starting 11 pm until 3 am. When we are still awake during these hours, it can be very dangerous to our health.

The key to having a healthy body is to have the correct number of hour sleep.
