HOW TO STAY YOUNG LOOKING

We are always busy in everything that we do. Because of this, we often neglect the habit of sleeping. Call center agents would event go 12 hours of work just to get that amount every 15 and 30 of the month. Bars are scattered in the city and customers stay up until 5 am in the morning. This is what is going on right now. 

The are plenty of sickness associated with less sleep and these are liver cancer, high blood pressure, kidney malfunction and aging. A person who only sleep 3 to 5 hours a day would look older than people who sleep more than 7 hours a day. It is very important that we take sleeping seriously. Ideally 7 to 8 hours of sleep would do the trick in slowing the aging process of the body. In sleeping, our organs get the rest that they deserve after a had days work. It is also recommended that a person be asleep by 10 pm. This is because our liver start the self repair process by 11 pm up to 3 am. If one is still awake by these hours, he or she might get liver problems in the near future.

The is no fountain of youth but only a sleep will make you stay young and vibrant and fresh looking.
