When I was 18 years old, I remembered my blood pressure was always 120/80. As they say, the perfect normal blood pressure. As time goes by and I get old, my blood pressure is also changing. From 120/80 to 130/100 to 140/100. I am already 41 years old right now and my normal blood pressure is always 140/100.
I visited my doctor and asked about my BP. She told me that, I should manage it properly because I might get into a bad situation because of it. She also added that having a high Bp will also increase my Crea level and it might cause damage to my kidneys.
Its hard to lower blood pressure and I would admit that. Just last month, I got my vaccine for covid and as they check my bp it was already 150/100. Very high for me experiencing it. The administering nurse told me to relax and have my bp check again after awhile. my second bp was 135/100 lower to my first bp with the nurse. I drink lots of water and I got my vaccine.
But I noticed that when the place is cold, my bp would go down. I was also told that to have my room airconditioned. and I tried it and it worked. My bp is 125/90 only. this is a big discovery for me. To lower your blood pressure immediately, relax yourself in cold places.
