APPLE JUICE EFFECTIVE AGAINST DENGUE FEVER

Dengue cases, in various hospitals, are increasing rapidly. Patients usually experience fever that is fluctuating or irregular. Patients with dengue fever have visible marks like spots of red that are scattered all over the patients body. Dengue fever is very dangerous and can kill a patient if no medical help is given to the patient.

In fighting dengue, tawa-tawa water is best because it increases the platelets of the patient. In many cases or even in severe cases tawa-tawa water is always ideal but there is much better than tawa-tawa water. This is just a recent discovery that apple juice helps patients recover quickly. For the apple juice, here are the things that needed:

5 pieces red apples
1 juice extractor
1/2 cup water

Procedure:

Chop apples in small sizes. Place the apples in the juice extractor and extarct the juice. Add 1/2 cup water to make more juice made of apple. It is advisable that when dengue fever is diagnosed, apple juice should be given to patients immediately to prevent blood platelet decrease. Freshness is the key in making apple juice.

Apple juice should be taken every 4 hours and continuous drinking of water and other hydrating fluids. It is also advisable that patients with dengue fever should eat and with the continues drinking of apple juice. Apple juice is effective against dengue fever.
