FIBROSITIS PREVENTION

Fibrositis describes as inflammation of the smell, tough, muscular nodules between the shoulder blades. When these muscles become stressed and tense, smell buds of tissue protrude through weak spots in the muscles' membranous capsule, becoming pinched and short of blood. The nodules cause pain locally and can also press on nerves, sending a toothache-like pain (neuralgia) down the arm.

Treatment

1. Sleeping on fern or in soft mattress
2. Poultice of hot cabbage.
3. Acupuncture is also ideal for a relief of pain.
